These are the most unattractive pictures ever! Never the less.... they do the job! Here are pre-op profile pictures. I never noticed how far the jaw really does stick out! This will be interesting to see the progression...

Jamie! Here you go lady! I will be praying for you! JAYmahhy ( To be read how I say your name ) I'm excited you finally get to go through with this procedure that has been such a long time coming. I am really hoping they let someone take pictures of the procedure, they might not want to get sued for using pliers on you ;) ha ha OH, and when can we visit? I want to see you soon, but obviously not the first few days right? That is unless you'll be so drugged you wont feel any pain. I don't want to come see you, if you are planing on spitting blood in my face out of frustration :)
Having known you your entire life, I never noticed your jaw malformation. You've always been beautiful in body and spirit!! I'm very excited and happy for you to have this opportunity to be the person you were meant to be. Your are truly loved.
